We take pride in the quality of our products. Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and unwashed

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Color differences due to screen display

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

How to Request a Return

To request a replacement or refund for a defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the defect

    • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost or

  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)

Shipping

  • We cover shipping costs for approved defective returns

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
